In some places in Russia these are disappearing as they are being sold for scrap metal. They are in such poor condition in some regions it is amazing that they even work, missing seats with metal protruding every where, rusting to the point where they falling apart. In Moscow the streetcars are in excellent condition. Cost to use one is about .15 cents USD.
